Seven Meadows Katy is located in Fort Bend County on the west side of Katy, near the northwest corner of Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway. The majority of the 1700+ homes (approximately) in this area were developed in the mid-2000s. These homes are typically two-story homes with four bedrooms, two or more baths, and roughly 3100 square feet with two-car garages and a median lot size of 9500 square feet. Developers began purchasing property in the region and constructing residential complexes as the demand for houses increased. During the housing boom of the 1970s and 1980s, communities such as Cinco Ranch, Green Trails, and Kelliwood were created.

During the 1990s, things slowed slowly but started up again in the 2000s. During this time, Seven Meadows was built, with construction beginning in the early 2000s. Some residences are situated on golf course properties with stunning views of the greens. Seven Meadows remains one of Greater Katy’s most popular neighborhoods today. The neighborhood’s overall appeal is enhanced by its excellent location, simple accessibility, and highly acclaimed schools. Seven Lakes High School is one of the four Katy ISD’s most well-recognized schools, and it serves the neighborhood. Luxurious mansions with breathtaking lake views, houses on golf course lots, and patio homes within a gated community make up Seven Meadows luxury real estate. Residents appreciate having restaurants, retail centers, cafés, stores, and golf courses within minutes of their homes due to the neighborhood’s location. The neighborhood has seven wonderfully planted meadows, as the name indicates. The neighborhood’s homes provide easy access to major Houston and Katy areas. The Energy Corridor, Katy, and Westchase all have employment areas within minutes of Seven Meadows. The Westpark Tollway/FM 1093, Grand Parkway, and Fry Road are all within a short distance of seven Meadows houses. Around 1,700 single-family houses make up the Seven Meadows real estate market. The neighborhood is known for its luxury residences, which include patio homes on golf course sites, mansions with lake views, and homes in affluent gated communities. There are two-story houses and bungalows for sale in the region. Seven Meadows houses are available in a range of floor designs, ranging from three to five bedrooms and two to five bathrooms. The usual home size ranges from 2,000 to 7,000 square feet.
