Grand Lakes is an HOA-managed neighborhood in Katy, Texas, located south of I-10 and nestled around Grand Parkway and Fry Road. Grand Lakes Katy is located in Fort Bend County on the east side of Katy, along the Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway. Grand Lakes boasts 2,771 nicely designed homes and is close to some of Katy Independent School District’s greatest schools, retail shopping complexes, restaurants, and much more. 27 completely stocked lakes, full-sized tennis courts, 4 dazzling pools, splash pad, and spray park, soothing putting greens, a dog-frenzy dog park, several themed playgrounds, stunning landscaping, pavilions, and gazebos are among the features. Grand Lakes is a master-planned community in the Greater Katy region that was built in 1998. Between the early 1900s and the 1940s, the land in Fort Bend County was primarily rural. Grand Lakes is a Trendmaker Development Company project that began in the late 1990s.
